If you leave dairy unattended on the stove, it could curdle. Break chocolate into pieces and place in small pot along with the butter. Remove from heat; add white chocolate, stirring until chocolate melts.
Pour the hot cream over the chocolate in a bowl, stirring until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
You will have to stir vigorously to make sure that the white chocolate is well combined.
Meanwhile, place chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water. Take it out and mix really well. Remove from heat; add white chocolate, stirring until chocolate melts.
