Whole Wheat Chocolate Cake. Place a disc of parchment paper in the mold bottom (optional). Make a well (hole) in the middle of the dry ingredients and drop in the water, eggs, oil, and vanilla.
Line the pan with a circle of wax paper. In a mixing bowl add the measured softened butter and powdered sugar. Add in the flour mixture to the wet mix, and fold together using a large spoon or spatula.
Stir together sugar, flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda and salt in a mixing bowl.
In another bowl, dissolve the cocoa in hot milk.
Do not increase the baking temperature to avoid over baking on the top. Add the sunflower oil and white vinegar. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa, sweetener and baking powder.
