Vegan Chocolate Banana Bread
Vegan Chocolate Banana Bread. Mash the bananas with a fork. Add the vegan chocolate chips and fold in.
Then add mashed banana, oil, almond milk and cashew nuts (or choco chips, walnuts, raisins, etc). Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sea salt until JUST incorporated, less than a minute. You guys wanted chocolate vegan banana bread too so I mixed Bob's Red Mill flaxseed meal with water instead of using an egg.
Sift the flour into a mixing bowl and add the white granulated sugar, light brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg and mix together.
The mashed ripe bananas and coconut oil make the chocolate vegan banana bread super moist.
Add in cacao powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt and coconut sugar. Process until smooth and stir in chocolate chips. Whisk in the rest of the wet ingredients and mix well.
